Return and Withdrawal Policy

We place great importance on the quality and safety of our products. F2 ECO is a chemical specialty product whose effectiveness depends significantly on compliance with specific storage conditions.

No Right of Withdrawal for F2 ECO

In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Section 18 (1) Z 4 of the Austrian FAGG, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature or that may spoil quickly – this applies to F2 ECO.

Since we cannot reliably verify whether proper storage conditions were maintained after return, returns or withdrawals are generally excluded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your delivery carefully upon receipt.
Contact us immediately at info@f2eco.eu if:

• the item is defective or damaged,

• the wrong product was delivered,

• or there is an obvious transport damage.

We will assess the situation promptly and provide an appropriate solution – such as a replacement or refund within the scope of the legal warranty.

Exceptions to Return

In exceptional cases, a return may be considered if the item is:

• unused,

• in perfect original condition,

• in the unopened original packaging,

• and has all original, undamaged labels attached.
