Shipping policy
We generally ship our products with DHL Premium from Germany. We currently deliver to countries of the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and selected other countries worldwide. The shipping rates shown at checkout apply per order.

*Standard transit times in business days (Monday–Friday) from dispatch. Deviations due to the parcel service, local circumstances or customs clearance are possible.
For deliveries to non-EU countries (in particular Switzerland, the United Kingdom and all other NON-EU zones), shipping is exclusive of VAT. Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply and are to be borne by you as the recipient.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product listing, we usually hand over your order to DHL within 1–2 business days after conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment in case of advance payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in one parcel, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
