Shipping policy

We deliver throughout Europe, worldwide on request. We usually dispatch with DHL Premium from Germany, including directly to your boat, marina or shipyard, and to a delivery address different from your billing address. Orders placed on working days by 12:00 noon (CET) are usually dispatched the same day.

We currently deliver to countries within the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and selected other countries. Deliveries to other countries worldwide are generally available on request. Just get in touch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Is your boat abroad? No problem. We deliver directly to your marina, berth or shipyard, even if this is different from your billing address. Simply specify the delivery address at checkout.

Islands and remote cruising areas (e.g. Greek Islands, Balearic Islands, Corsica): delivery is possible but usually takes a little longer. If in doubt, drop us a quick line.

In Time for Your Lift-Out or Slipway Date

TIME-CRITICAL

Antifouling is time-critical. Orders placed on working days by 12:00 noon (CET) are usually dispatched the same day. If you have a fixed lift-out or slipway date, please order with a small buffer or contact us briefly so we can coordinate the dispatch with your schedule.

Shipping costs depend on weight and destination. They are clearly displayed at checkout before you pay and apply per order.

Deliveries to all other countries worldwide are generally available on request. We will clarify availability and shipping costs individually and display them to you before purchase.

*Transit times in working days (Monday to Friday) from dispatch. Variations due to the parcel service, local conditions or customs clearance are possible. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship everything together in one parcel; the delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest lead time.

Customs, Duties and VAT

For deliveries to non-EU countries (in particular Switzerland, the United Kingdom and all other non-EU zones), we ship without VAT. Customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply and must be borne by you as the recipient.

Processing and Delivery Times

Unless stated otherwise in the respective product description, we generally hand your order over to DHL within 1–2 working days after the contract is concluded (or after receipt of payment for advance payments). As soon as your shipment has been handed over, you will receive tracking details via email.

There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. In the exceptional event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.

Transport by Air

F2 ECO products are not classified as hazardous goods for transport according to ADR/RID, IMDG, IATA and ADN. If you are transporting the product yourself by plane, please check with the airline in advance and carry the safety data sheets with you. These can be found in our Downloads.

Acceptance of Delivery

CHECK UPON RECEIPT

Please check the parcel immediately upon delivery. Report any externally visible transport damage straight away to the courier and ensure they record it. Furthermore, please check the delivery for completeness immediately after receiving it. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it immediately to support@f2eco.eu.

Transfer of Risk

The risk of accidental destruction and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you upon handover.

Returns and Cancellations

F2 ECO is a specialised chemical product whose effectiveness depends heavily on correct storage. In the event of transport damage, an incorrect or defective delivery, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@f2eco.eu.
